Custom Treatments 

I am happy to customize a treatment just for you using my various tools.  Enjoy the benefits of a treatment that combines forty-five minutes of massage or reflexology with a fifteen minute Reiki session, or perhaps a castor oil treatment with lymph drainage and breathwork.  Please inquire for my menu of customized treatments.

About my rates 

I believe everyone should have the ability to access better health, regardless of their income.  In this regard,  I offer many discount coupons for treatments and I will be happy to work with you based on your income.

Reiki 

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.

Reflexology 

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

Hot Stone Therapy 

Hot Stone Therapy is the use of heated stones placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. I use hot stones during a reflexology treatment, both to relieve tension and accelerate the healing process, and also to work deeply on the foot. 

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, enhancing the functioning of the immune system. I offer a treatment that is a combination of manual lymph drainage using skin brushing, a warm castor oil pack on the stomach, hot stones on the feet, followed by a reflexology treatment designed to move lymph fluid and eliminate toxins.

Wellness Massage 
Massage Therapy is very individual.  My style of massage therapy is gentle but firm, tuned into your body's needs, and aims to relax, rejuvinate, and detoxify you.  I will
do my best to address any individual issues you may have.  It is my goal to listen and connect with your mind, body, and spirit.

Reiki I, II, and III classes 

Reiki classes available by appointment.  I offer classes in all three levels of Reiki.  I generally offer a class every few months and am happy to teach you privately as well.  My classes are thorough and very reasonably priced.  If you would like to know more about Reiki, please call or email me.

Integrative Reflexology classes 

I teach Integrative Reflexology for CE credits to massage therapists and other health professionals through Claire Marie Miller Seminars.  To schedule a class in your area, please contact me.

I  also offer one day community classes in Integrative Reflexology for the lay person.  Anyone can learn to give a basic spa treatment to their friends and family through this class.
