Rose O'Connor

My purpose is to help others along their path.  I try to do this through giving individual treatments designed around what each person needs.  I also work with small groups, teaching Reiki, meditation, and breath work, in addition to my latest passion, yoga therapy.  I believe we are all here trying to be the best we can be, and if I can be of help to you in this endeavor, then my work fulfills its purpose.

 My qualifications and background include:

BS in Health Science with a Concentration in Alternative Medicine, West Chester University

Nationally Certified and Colorado Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker, Cortiva Institute

Advanced Integrative Reflexologist, Claire Miller Seminars

Reiki Master, Inner Light Holistic Center

Yoga Instructor (in training), The Light Within Yoga
